RSJ – Converted a three bedroom cottage and a barn into 2 x 3 bedroom cottages.
Upgrade and reconfigure the existing property for modern living including a bathroom on the first floor
Re-Build the existing adjoining barn into a 3 Bedroom Cottage. The property remained open plan

- to survey and draw initial building sketches
- submit Planning application to the local authority
- arrange Building Regulations and Structural Drawings/Calculations
Organise a Work Sheet for the specification outside Building Regulations
Arrange for builders and tradesman to tender
Oversee all elements of the build and advise where necessary
Provide regular updates to the client via pictures, emails and spreadsheet
