Project Brief

• Extend and upgrade the existing accommodation.
• Instruct Professionals
  • to survey and draw initial building sketches
  • submit Planning application to the local authority
  • arrange Building Regulations and Structural Drawings/Calculations
• Organise a Work Sheet for the specification outside Building Regulations
• Arrange for builders and tradesman to tender
• Oversee all elements of the build and advise where necessary
• Provide regular updates to the client via pictures, emails and spreadsheet

Completed project:

• completely renovated and modernised throughout
• providing additional accommodation, Oak Framed Garden Room, Utility and Store Area, En – Suite and additional Double Bedroom
• All windows have been changed to hardwood double glazed units
• Completely re-wire and re-plumbed including a pressurised system
