During the planning phase of your project the project manager will discuss with you all the potential risks and hang ups that could occur during the project, in line with your project brief. The project manager will discuss with you your timings and schedules, along with roles and responsibilities. During the project the project manager will organise all your administrative work and liaison with all third parties; including, consultants, builders, interior designers, and architects.
You project manager will make considerations and suggestions and put together a creative piece of work to get your project started. Your input at this stage is crucial to create your project plan.
The project plan will outline your key deliverables, timing, and schedules. If unexpected issues arise (e.g., delivery delays) the plan will be adjusted by the project manager.
All project plans and financial reports will be coordinated by your project manager with your input to cover the what on the how of a project. These plans might include and be related to time scales and stages, activities, milestones, deliverables, manufacturing, quality, communications along with other considerations.
