You will need planning permission if you want to:

Planning can take 13 weeks so its important to instruct RSJ to assist you so that we can produce plans and guidance in good time to ensure you meet your deadlines and expectations.
In many cases you will need approval of Building control. These are covered in the building regulations 2010. The regulations are very specific over alternations of projects. We ensure that all contractors are competent and will be able to provide the certification for your project. We work with private building control company to ensure we meet the required standards.
RSJ have experience with working with grade 2 star listed properties. We can provide ecological reports, transport reports etc. to meet the needs of your planning.
