Key documents will be reviewed and discussed, and a contract will be issued by RSJ Project Management to start your project.

Timeframes are important to get your project from start to finish. Start dates and end dates will be discussed and analysed throughout your project depending on sourcing and delivery of your materials and products. During building works it is important to understand that jobs have a certain sequence and order. The project manager will adapt and change the path of the plan to ensure the process works for everyone involved.
Monitor project quality and risks
The project manager will monitor the project quality to ensure the end results meets expectations. Project quality is proactive – involving error prevention and risk management. RSJ quality aids in ongoing responsibility by outlining standards, acceptance criteria and inspections during the project.
